Full Refund
Eligible if the order was placed within the last 24 hours and the product has not yet entered production.
70% Refund
Eligible if the order exceeds 24 hours and the product has entered production, but the shipment has not been dispatched.
50% Refund
Eligible if the order exceeds 24 hours, the product has been produced, and the shipment has already been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns for defective products. Customers can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues (quality issues include damage, printing errors, etc.). We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as sizing problems, as every order is custom-made based on your order.
We kindly ask you to carefully refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure you purchase the right product for you. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, please ensure that you communicate with our customer service team before initiating a return to confirm that you meet the return criteria.
Notes
- Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to a 14-day refund.
- WR (Washed) T-shirts may vary in color due to the washing process. Actual color may differ from images shown. Please order cautiously.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier service selected.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), the consumer will not be required to bear any shipping costs.
- No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
